Dispute settlement

In the first quarter of 2016, the EU Commission provided an Internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called OS platform). The OS platform is intended to serve as a contact point for out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.
