Payment methods:

The following payment methods can be selected during the order process:

    Prepayment by bank transfer
    by PayPal - PayPal can also be used by credit card
    C.O.D. - additional costs of 4 EUR will be charged for C.O.D. payments.
    Self collection and cash payment

Shipping in approx. 1 to 3 days.
Please note that there are longer delivery times around the Christmas holidays due to increased parcel volume. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the "normal" delivery time at the moment.

Starting from 35 euro order value the package dispatch takes place within Germany free of charge!
Within Germany:

All shipping costs including the value added tax valid in Germany.

    Shipping with Deutsche Post - Letter with tracking: 3,50 €
    Shipping with DHL - package with tracking as follows:

    up to 3 Kg - 5,60 EUR
    3 Kg to 5 Kg - 5,60 EUR
    From 5 kg - 6,60 EUR

Our address for collections: Hanf Museum Berlin, Mühlendamm 5, 10178 Berlin - Mitte. The regular opening hours are Tue-Fri: 10-20 hrs Sat/Sun: 12-20 hrs.
Dealer information

Dealers have a different shipping cost table with us. As soon as you have registered as a dealer, you can view the shipping prices. In this case you do not have to pay shipping costs starting at 35€.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

• Get first. Pay later (in 14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions you can find here.
• Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. • Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard), Direct Debit, Sofort direct banking

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
